First wash all the ingredients.

Get all the seasonings ready.

First cut the tofu skin into the thickness shown in the picture and put it into the cooking pot.

Cut the cabbage and cucumber into the thickness shown in the picture, and cut the carrot into thin strips.

Add a small amount of salt to the pot, just enough water to cover the tofu skin. Turn on the cold water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for three to five minutes. Turn off the heat and soak the tofu skin in it.

Don’t mince the garlic too much, just cut it into the size shown in the picture.

Before mixing, remove the tofu skin from the pot and squeeze out the water. Add all the seasonings above and mix evenly.
