Carrot and Two Fungus Pork Dumplings
Overview
Boletus is a rare fungus with a unique fragrance, heat-clearing and detoxifying properties, and rich nutrition. This was the first time I used porcini mushrooms for filling. Since I wasn’t sure about the taste, I added shiitake mushrooms and carrots. The result was unexpectedly delicious! The baby ate seven or eight in one meal! You guys can try it!

Rinse porcini and shiitake mushrooms and soak in warm water

Chop the front leg meat

Chop the soaked porcini mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, and mix all ingredients together
