Sausage Steamed Egg
Overview
For a simple dish, steam it in a steamer for ten minutes, or put it on top while the rice cooker is cooking. When the rice is cooked, the dish is ready too.

Slice the sausage, shred the ginger, and place flat on the plate.

Crack an egg on the sausage, sprinkle a little salt on the egg yolk, and pour a little cooking wine.

Put into the steamer, cover and steam over high heat for ten minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, cover and simmer for half a minute, then remove from the pan.
