Put all-purpose flour and 65-degree C water into the bread machine and select the dough mode. Knead until even and take it out. Shape it into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes

Use the resting time to make the filling.

Add salt, pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, rice wine, salad oil and 1 tbsp white sesame oil to the ground beef in sequence and mix well.

Then add minced ginger and chopped green onion and mix briefly.

Stir 1.5 tablespoons of water into the meat filling three times. When stirring, stir in the same direction each time and allow the water to be completely absorbed before adding the next water. Mix well to complete the meat filling.

Divide the risen dough into 6 portions.

After rolling the dough into a dough, wrap a portion of the meat filling. Be sure to pinch the seal tightly to prevent the soup from leaking out while waiting for the pancakes to be fried.

The wrapped raw pie is slightly pressed into a cake shape with hands.
