Frozen tofu and bacon stewed silver carp head
Overview
I often stew silver carp heads with tofu, but I have never stewed them with frozen tofu. Today I will use frozen tofu, add a few slices of Tujia bacon, and add some Laoganma black bean sauce. The taste is really incredible! Tofu is frozen and then stewed, it is very chewy!
