Overview
I used to go to Yibin on business, and I didn’t have to worry about eating noodles every day. The various noodles there are so delicious! Among them, the beef noodles with raw pepper are my favorite. Make your own today.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials. Because I was eating alone, there were too few groceries to buy. So I bought more. The actual dosage is not that much, just the right amount according to taste.
-
Chop a small piece of ginger, mince a clove of garlic, add soy sauce and white wine.
-
Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Stir-fry the peanuts over low heat until crispy, let cool and then crush them. Stir-fry the bean sprouts. Chop the onion, garlic and coriander into mince. Cut the Thai pepper and green pepper into pepper rings.
-
Put a little more oil in the pan. Put the minced beef into a pot and stir-fry over medium-low heat. You can add some pepper powder and a little sugar until it is dry.
-
Cook the noodles until they are tender, take them out, add onions, garlic, minced coriander and green and red pepper rings, heat a spoonful of hot oil and pour it on. It would be better to add some chopped pepper.
-
Finally add some salt, a little sugar, sprouts, chopped peanuts and ground beef.
-
Mix well and it’s ready to go! It's a pity that I don't have chopped pepper at home. It would be more delicious if I added some.
