Prepare the required ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and prepare the onion, ginger and aniseed

Heat red oil in the pot, add potatoes, onions, ginger, aniseed, and bay leaves and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until potatoes become transparent, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water, sugar and salt. Burn for 15-20 minutes.

Cook until the potatoes become soft and the soup is half dry, then add water starch.
