Preparation work: Wash the leeks and control the water; scramble the eggs, add an appropriate amount of white pepper, oyster sauce, and salt, let them cool, add the chopped fungus and wakame and set aside; stir the noodles into a flocculent shape with hot water, then knead the noodles into a dough and let them rest; before preparing for packaging, chop the leeks and mix with the stuffing.

Start wrapping, divide the dough into suitable sized pieces; put in a pan and bake over low heat.

Fry over low heat, non-stick pan, no need to add oil. There's some noodles left, so I'll bake two pancakes!
