Overview

Prepare ingredients.

Chop some ginger, coriander and green onions.

Cut the tofu into small square cubes.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a small soup pot and bring to a boil. Add the peas, carrots, corn, cherry tomatoes and kelp skirt and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add tofu and cook for 2 minutes.

Fatten the cow.
