Overview

I have always wanted to eat spicy grilled fish from a food stall. Every time I pass by after get off work, I want to ask my friends to eat fish, chat, and drink...(Of course, I don't drink)...I feel like that can get rid of all the fatigue...Unfortunately, either there is no time, or there are not enough friends, so this idea has been abandoned. When I got the oven, I was very excited and made a home version of grilled fish. It tasted delicious.

  7. Brush the fish with a layer of vegetable oil; I didn’t prepare a brush, so I used a spoon instead, then put on disposable gloves and massage the whole body of the fish; after preheating the oven to 220°, put the fish in the oven, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 25 minutes;

  8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a hot pot, heat it up, and sauté onions, ginger, garlic, pickled peppers, and pickled ginger;

  9. Add the chopped bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant;

  10. Pour in appropriate amount of water, then add soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and sugar and bring to a boil;

  11. Put the cut side vegetables in and cook;

  13. After the fish is baked, take the fish out, pour the soup into the baking pan, put the fish in it, top with vegetables, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
