Dumpling wrappers are always rolled out in different sizes, so I often buy them outside. But the ones outside are really worried and often out of stock. I bought a noodle machine. Use one-sixth of the cabbage cubes. Chop it finely and kill the water with salt.

Chop the meat, shrimp, green onion, and ginger into meat fillings.

The corn was cooked, so I broke off the corn kernels and put them in.

Add seasonings and peanut oil to taste. Beat vigorously.

Make the dumpling noodles and let them rest for ten minutes to absorb the moisture and make them smoother.

Use a noodle machine to press the dough sheets, and then use that mold or cup to press out dumpling wrappers of equal sizes. Pay attention to sprinkle more flour on the dumpling wrappers to prevent them from sticking together.
