  1. Prepare the ingredients. When you buy the ribs, ask the meat seller to chop them. Remember to chop them slightly longer.

  2. Blanch the ribs in boiling water. Rinse the blanched ribs again with water.

  3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot and bring to a boil, then add the ribs. Simmer on high heat for ten minutes, then on medium heat for twenty minutes.

  4. While the ribs are stewing, cut the winter melon into chunks and the carrots into hob shapes. When the ribs are stewed for thirty minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, add the carrots and stew for twenty minutes, and finally add the winter melon and stew for another ten minutes. You can turn off the fire.

  5. Take the ribs out of the soup pot and add half a spoon of cooking wine (I use the iron spoon used for hot pot).

  6. Continue to add one spoonful of very fresh soy sauce and two spoons of Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar. Mix and marinate for another 20 minutes. It must be marinated, otherwise it won't be tasty enough.

  7. Take out the marinated pork ribs, heat up an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the pork ribs and fry over high heat until slightly brown, then remove. (Because the ribs are already cooked, they can be fried over high heat.) Then take another bowl and pour out the oil.

  8. Pour the soup for marinating the pork ribs into the pot, add four spoons of water and two spoons of sugar into the pot and bring to a boil. Cook over high heat until the soup is thick and ready to serve. You can taste the soup before it thickens. If it is not flavorful enough, you can add some more sweet and sour.

  9. Add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion to the winter melon and radish soup. Soup is ready~
