The first cake in my life---- Cup Cranberry Cake
Overview
I have always looked at the beautiful and delicious cakes and breads baked by others, and I have always wanted to try it. I bought an oven and a bread machine and tried making cakes for the first time. I personally feel that it is quite successful. I am really happy baking by myself, especially when I carefully read the recipe steps, followed step by step, put it in the oven, and the house was filled with fragrance. When the work came out, I saw my husband’s surprised expression and I firmly felt that I must continue on the road of baking. A happy cooking woman is busy with three meals a day. If I can eat cakes and bread made by myself for breakfast every day, I think life will be really beautiful. Give yourself a pat on the back and keep going!

In fact, I put 130 grams of butter because I knew there would be an accident the first time I made it, just stir it out~~~Haha!
-
After the butter is softened, add sugar and salt. Stir it with a spoon first (otherwise the sugar will fly around) and then beat it with a whisk until the volume is fluffy and the color becomes lighter
-
Beat the eggs well and add them to the butter in 4-5 batches. This will make it easier to beat evenly. The egg yolks are needed. I just wanted to play with this egg mixer. It works great!
-
Beat with a whisk until yellow
-
to light yellow
-
The color is getting lighter
-
Sift the low-gluten flour, then pour it in, stir it with a spoon and then beat it with a whisk until there is no dry powder
-
Pour in purified water and use a rubber spatula to stir evenly from the bottom up
-
Beat with a whisk again, the more you beat, the lighter the color will be
-
Place the paper cup on the baking sheet, add cranberries and raisins into the batter, and stir evenly (leave some cranberries and almond slices on the surface for decoration)
-
Pour the batter into the paper cup, filling it about 2/3 full
-
Sprinkle with remaining cranberries and almond slices
-
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven at 185 degrees, middle rack, and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown
-
With this light, I can see the cake inside slowly getting bigger, and then the fragrance fills the whole room. Oh, it’s real, this is what life should be like
-
After baking, open the oven door and slowly take out the Ahri, being careful not to burn it
-
As soon as I took it out, a little boy ran over quickly and his hands were hot!
-
It’s not cool yet, so I ate two of them!
