Mince the meat, mince the ginger, and dice the sour beans

Mince the garlic and cut the coriander into sections and set aside

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil, sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the meat and stir-fry

Add pickled beans, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir-fry, add a bowl of water
