-
Buy a silver carp, fillet it and clean it! Add a little salt and mix well, wait ten minutes and then wash it a few times. Drain the water in the basin, add the flour and mix well!
-
Smash the ginger, chop the pickled peppers, and cut the pickled cabbage and dried chilies into 1cm sections! Cut onions and cilantro into sections! Assemble the plates separately as shown in the picture!
-
Millet and pepper cutting section!
-
Put oil in the pot, and when the oil reaches a certain temperature (the oil temperature should not be too high, about 70 or 80 degrees), add the peppercorns, aniseed, and star anise into the oil and sauté until fragrant! (Don’t fry them until they get burnt)
-
Then add pickled peppers, watercress, spicy millet, pickled cabbage, dried chili peppers, oil chili peppers, ginger and garlic, salt, soy sauce, and fish seasoning (you need to buy 3 packs of boiled fish ingredients to make it delicious), and stir-fry constantly (be careful not to burn the pan)! After frying for a few minutes and waiting for the aroma to come out, add water (add a bowl of rice soup, the fish will be more tender in the rice soup). The water should be added just enough to cover the fish!
-
After the water is boiled, you can add the fish! (Put the fish head and fish bones first), then add the fish fillets after the water boils. After the fish is cooked, add the onion and coriander heads and cook together! Adding a spoonful of vinegar will make it more fragrant!
-
After a few minutes, when the fish is cooked, add the remaining green onions and it’s ready to serve!
-
Finally, take a clean pot and put a little oil in it. When the oil temperature reaches about 70 degrees, turn off the heat, add the Sichuan peppercorns and sauté until fragrant, then add the dried chili pepper sections (be careful not to fry the Sichuan peppercorns and peppers)! Pour the oil on top of the packed fish and top with coriander leaves and that’s it!

A beautiful portion of Sichuan boiled fish would be great, full of color, flavor and flavor!
