-
Slice the rice cake. If it is difficult to cut, you can soak it in warm water in advance. If you find it troublesome, just buy rice cake slices.
-
Cut the garlic sprouts diagonally into sections, cut the dried tofu into strips, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and use the shredded pork that has been fried before.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and garlic, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
-
Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat until they become more fragrant. Once they soften slightly, they begin to release their juice.
-
Add the dried tofu and stir-fry.
-
Add rice cake and stir-fry.
-
Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, pour a small bowl of water along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
-
Add bean sprouts, garlic sprouts and shredded pork, stir-fry for a while, then add salt and stir-fry evenly.
-
Take out the pot and start eating!
