Walnut Chocolate Bean Banana Cake

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Treat the cake mold with anti-stick treatment and line it with baking paper. Peel the banana and put it in a plastic bag and press it into a puree with a wooden stick.

In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

In another bowl pour sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well.

Pour the dry ingredients (all powders) into the banana and egg puree mixture and stir until there is no dry powder left.

Add chopped walnuts and mix well.

Add 45g chocolate beans. Mix well.

Pour the prepared cake batter into the mold and spread the remaining 15g chocolate beans on the surface.

Place in the oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Take it out of the oven until a bamboo skewer is inserted and comes out clean. Leave for 5 minutes, unmold and cool, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
