Soak the dry sweet potato flour in hot water until it becomes soft. Boil the water in a pot. Add the soaked sweet potato flour and cook until it breaks when pinched with chopsticks. Remove it and run it through cold water

Drain the water and set aside

Onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, chilli padi, wash and cut into pieces and set aside

Pour the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, and chili padi into the drained sweet potato flour, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, oil, and sesame oil, and stir evenly
