I bought fresh beef today and tried the braised beef. It was my first time cooking it and it tasted amazing!

Prepared spices: bay leaves, cumin, star anise, cardamom, nutmeg, white cocoa, cinnamon, and tangerine peel.

The spices are slightly crushed and sewn into small cloth bags.

Clean the raw materials.

Cut the beef into small pieces, cut the carrots and potatoes with a hob, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into diagonal sections.

Blanch the beef and take it out.

Add oil to the pot, add sugar and stir-fry.

Add the beef, stir-fry, add Sichuan peppercorns, a little cooking wine, and soy sauce.

Add the ginger slices and stir-fry, add water, add the spice bag, and cook over high heat for 40 minutes.

Add carrots and potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add the green onions, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, and salt, stir-fry evenly, remove from the pan and plate, and sprinkle some chopped green onions. OK.
