Ingredients: sensitive fish

Clean the sensitive fish, wash it and dip it in dry flour.

Heat the oil pan, enlarge the pan and fry the fish.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Chop onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Mix a bowl of fish sauce (soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, water, a little salt).

Place the onions, ginger and garlic on top of the fried fish.

Pour in the fish sauce and cover the pot immediately.

Cook until the soup dries up.
