Prepare ingredients: flour, starch, dried shrimps (also called dried shrimps), white radish, and lard residue;

Peel and grate the radish and serve it in a large basin;

Add chopped lard residue, garlic sprouts and dried shrimps;

Pour in flour, starch, salt and chicken powder;

Use chopsticks to stir evenly and form a batter without water;

Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, scoop up the batter with a spoon, put it into the pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat;

Fry both sides until brown;

Pick up, drain the oil and serve.
