Remove the old leaves from the leeks, clean them, and make 1 small piece of dried tofu.

Cut the dried tofu into thin strips and the leeks into small pieces.

Put the shredded tofu into a pot of boiling water and cook briefly.

Remove and drain the water.

Heat the wok and add appropriate amount of salad oil.

Heat the oil, add the leeks and shredded tofu and stir-fry evenly.
