Chinese Potato Stew Pasta
Overview
Most of the pasta I saw was Western-style. I liked the texture of pasta and didn’t have so many Western-style ingredients, so I made my own Chinese-style pasta using simple ingredients~

-
Prepare ingredients, main ingredients
-
Cook the pasta, add some salt, cook the pasta for eight minutes, remove from the cold boiling water
-
Cut potatoes and pork into pieces, add one and a half spoonfuls of cooking wine to the pork, and a little starch to mix well
-
Put the garlic, pepper, star anise, onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and fry over medium-low heat. When the ginger slices are slightly browned, add the meat, stir-fry until the meat changes color, add soy sauce, mix well, add vinegar and stir-fry, stir-fry evenly, add potatoes, and turn to medium heat
-
Continue to stir-fry until the potatoes are evenly colored and stir-fry over high heat until slightly charred. Add a large bowl of boiling water to slightly cover the potatoes. After boiling, add the remaining ingredients: rock sugar, bay leaves, cloves, cumin, rosemary, and begin to simmer. Stew over medium-high heat until the potatoes are soft and most of the water has dried up

Put the pasta into the pot, mix well, turn off the heat, it's ready to eat, just scoop it out. Finally, here is a picture of the margarita cookies I made myself. Haha, yes, I am here to seduce you╰(*´︶`*)╯
