Wash and chop celery.

Wash and chop the mushrooms.

Put mushrooms and celery into a container.

Saute appropriate amount of white sesame seeds until fragrant.

Crush the white sesame seeds with a rolling pin.

Add white sesame seeds, two eggs, appropriate amount of flour, allspice powder and salt to the mushrooms and celery.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir to form a paste.

Grease pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the paste and fry until both sides are golden brown.
