Spicy preserved egg tofu
Overview
Preserved egg tofu is a very quick and easy dish that does not require advanced cooking skills. Usually lactone tofu is used. Today I replaced lactone tofu with poultry egg tofu, which is commonly known as Japanese tofu, egg tofu, tamago tofu, and egg yolk. Although the texture is like tofu, it does not contain any legume ingredients. It has the smoothness and tenderness of tofu and the delicious fragrance of eggs.
