Main ingredients: soaked black fungus, leeks, pork

Shred the pork and separate the fat and leanness.

Put the lean meat into a bowl, add cooking wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, pepper starch, mix well and marinate for a few minutes

Shred the fungus, cut the leek into sections, mince the blood onion and ginger and set aside
