Mix the white wine, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon, mix with the chicken legs, and refrigerate to taste.

Turn the heat up and down to 200 degrees. After the chicken legs are roasted for about half an hour, add butter to the pot, stir-fry the onions, potatoes and carrots, spread them on tin foil, then put the chicken legs on top and bake for half an hour

For the last 5 minutes or so, brush the chicken legs with honey
