Separate the egg yolks and whites, put the whites in the refrigerator first, then add the sugar to the egg yolks, stir until all melted!

Whip into stiff peaks!

Pour the egg whites into the egg yolk batter in two batches and mix evenly. Do not mix in a circular shape. You can mix it up and down or in a z-shape!

Finally, pour it into the mold, shake it a few times to knock out the bubbles, and then preheat the oven to 150° for 50 minutes! After baking, take it out and flip it upside down immediately! Unmold after it cools!
