Melt the shrimp, cut off the long whiskers, add salt and marinate for 5 minutes. (I haven’t cut my beard in this picture yet).

Heat peanut oil in a pot until it is 80% hot, add shrimps and fry until golden brown and take them out.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add garlic and stir-fry.
