Steamed catfish with black bean sauce
Overview
Last week I was planning to cook some dishes and take some nice photos to post the recipe, but I accidentally cut my finger while chopping vegetables. I got food poisoning a few days later. Fortunately, it was no serious problem. . . After returning to my hometown, I feel that I have even less time than in Shanghai. 24 hours seems to pass quickly; I feel much busier in my hometown than in Shanghai. . . This [Steamed Catfish with Black Bean Sauce] goes very well with rice. This [Steamed Catfish with Black Bean Sauce] can be used to steam other fish; I believe both adults and children will like it. . .
