Overview
I like this little stir-fry the most. The corn is tender and sweet, the beans are fresh and tender, and the dried diced fragrant seeds are a little chewy. It is very delicious and nutritious.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the edamame rice and cook for one minute until cooked through
