Sautéed Pork Slices with Sauce-flavored Potatoes
Overview
A spoonful of sweet noodle sauce stir-fries delicious potato chips with soy sauce. In fact, my family doesn’t eat sauce very often. We occasionally buy sauce-flavored pancakes. I bought a box of sweet noodle sauce and tried frying it a few times, and found that it was really good. It goes well with potatoes. Be sure to stir-fry some meat slices together. The sauce is full of flavor, so fragrant and goes well with rice!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, peel the potatoes, clean them and cut them into thin slices. Cut the meat into slices and clean. Remove the stems and seeds from the red peppers, clean them, and cut them into small pieces. Clean the onions and ginger, and cut the onions into finely chopped pieces.
-
In a clean non-stick pan, drain the water with kitchen towels. Pour in the corn oil, turn on the heat, heat the corn oil, add the ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the meat pieces and start stir-frying. Stir-fry until the aroma is released, and the meat slices will basically change color and become cooked.
-
Then add the potato slices and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry to remove the fishy smell.
-
Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry until browned, then add a tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce. Can’t omit it, it’s really delicious.
-
After everything is stir-fried evenly, the potatoes can also be colored. Pour in a small bowl of water, stir-fry 2 more times, cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
-
Add salt, stir well and season.
-
Add a spoonful of sugar, mainly to enhance the freshness. Stir well and test the taste. It will be slightly lighter than normal. It will be just right after the soup is reduced for a while.
-
Continue cooking for a while until the potatoes can be poked with a spatula. It means the potatoes are already very soft and waxy. Add red pepper cubes and stir-fry.
-
Fry until the red pepper pieces are broken. Turn up the heat and stir-fry until the soup dries up slightly, then turn off the heat.
-
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
