Crispy Chicken Wings
Overview
Crispy chicken wings are a favorite among children during the Chinese New Year family dinner. First marinate in batter, then wrap it in batter and fry it. Chicken wings are medium-sized because of their tender meat. Great for frying. This dish mainly involves marinating, battering and frying. Tender on the inside and crispy on the outside for a family reunion dinner, children’s favorite crispy chicken wings.

Prepare the chicken wings, wash and defrost them, and poke small holes with toothpicks for flavor.

Draw two cuts on the front and back of the chicken wings and put them in the pot under cold water. Blanch the chicken wings and set aside. Cook it.

Add marinated chicken powder.

Ginger and garlic juice, if not available, use ginger and garlic instead. .

Prepare a plate and add starch and fried chicken powder.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly into a yogurt-like consistency without any particles.

Completely soak the marinated chicken wings into the egg liquid. Flip and continue soaking.
