Wash the spareribs, take out the middle part, drain the water, add corn starch and mix well.

Add more oil to the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, add the ribs and fry over high heat. Use chopsticks to stir properly to make the coloring more even.

Fry until golden brown and set aside.

In another pot, add a small amount of cooking oil, heat over medium heat, add tomato paste and fine sugar.

Add a little water and stir-fry, then add a little white vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the pork ribs and stir-fry until the pork ribs are evenly coated with the sauce, then turn off the heat.
