Preparation: Seafood meatballs.

Preparation: Wash the cabbage sum and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to a small soup pot, heat it up to 60%, add the meatballs and fry over medium heat, for about seven or eight minutes.

Mix ketchup, soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, Thai hot sauce, cornstarch, and an appropriate amount of water to make a bowl of juice. The sweetness and sourness can be adjusted to your liking.

Take another pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add minced garlic, salt and oil and bring to a boil.

Add the cabbage and blanch until cooked for about two minutes.
