Wash the garlic cloves and cut into pieces of about 2 cm

Chopped pork liver bought from the supermarket, washed with water

Put one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of light soy sauce and two spoons of starch into the pork liver and mix well

Shred the ginger, slice three cloves of garlic, mince two cloves of garlic

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat it to 80%, add the pork liver, and stir-fry until it changes color. Don't cook it for too long, as the pork liver will become hard.

Remove the pork liver to control oil and set aside

Take a small bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, a few drops of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, an appropriate amount of salt, two spoons of starch, and an appropriate amount of water and mix well
