Preparation: Hairtail, garlic, dried chili pepper.

Prepare the hairtail, add a little salt, cooking wine and pepper, mix well and marinate for a while.

The marinated hairtail is dipped in a layer of crispy fried powder.

Put oil in a small soup pot. When the oil temperature is 50-60% hot, add the hairtail fish and fry.
