Small Crispy Pork Casserole
Overview
I fried short-lived pork last night, so I wanted to use the short-lived pork to stew a casserole, with my favorite cabbage, tofu, soybean sprouts, and vermicelli. In less than twenty minutes, I had a hot, spicy and delicious crispy pork casserole. The crispy pork tendons are soft, salty and fragrant without being mushy, and it’s delicious with rice😋
