Braised pork ribs with spring bamboo shoots and louver leaves
Overview
Spring bamboo shoots are light, fresh and nutritious. It is a nutritious delicacy with high protein, low fat, low starch and high crude fiber. Put it into a casserole with the ribs and simmer it, which blends in with the meaty flavor of the ribs, making it especially delicious.

Wash the ribs and put them into cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, bring to a boil, remove and rinse
