Pearl meatballs
Overview
Pearl meatballs are named not because the meatballs are small, but because the glutinous rice wrapped around them is crystal clear like pearls. Therefore, you don’t need to add any seasonings such as soy sauce when making them to avoid affecting the color.

Prepare the ingredients and soak the glutinous rice overnight.

The meat filling is minced in the store, added with minced green onion, minced ginger, vegetable oil, salt, chicken powder, I added a little steamed fish soy sauce, you can leave it out if you mind the color.
