Cut the ingredients, parsley and sausage into small pieces and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, add eggs, parsley and sausage cubes and stir-fry until cooked.

Add rice.

Stir-fry the rice. Cold rice is more difficult to stir-fry, so don't rush and stir-fry slowly.

After the rice is stir-fried, season to taste, add light soy sauce (fried rice only has its soul when soy sauce is added), pepper and salt and that’s it!
