Break off the cabbage leaves, wash them and set aside

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft and set aside

Slice the pork and marinate with salt, cooking wine, peppercorns, starch, and light soy sauce.

Cut the tofu into large pieces and set aside.

Break up the washed cabbage with your hands, put the cabbage sticks into a bowl, and put the cabbage leaves into a bowl.

Cut a few slices of ginger, prepare several peppercorns and one star anise, and put oil in the pot.

After the oil is hot, first add the ginger slices, Sichuan peppercorns, and star anise until the aroma is released, then add the marinated meat, stir-fry for a few times, add a little boiling water, then add the cabbage dumplings and stir-fry until the cabbage dumplings become soft.

Then remove the cabbage leaves, add seasoning salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, allspice, and add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

After the cabbage leaves are soft and rotten, add vermicelli and tofu and spread them on top of the vegetable. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes to absorb the flavor.
