Ingredients to prepare: green onions, ginger, and peppercorns.

Add the onions, ginger, and peppercorns to the cooking wine and cook until the onion-ginger water is cooled and set aside.

Wash and dry the leeks.

Then cut into half centimeter pieces and set aside.

Wash the fish meat and set aside (I chose Longli fish, it is very convenient to clean the meat without bones. You can buy it in supermarkets).

Chop the fish meat into paste.

Chopped fish paste (the finer the better).

Put the minced meat and fish paste together and add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sesame oil and rapeseed oil. Add the onion and ginger water in small amounts and several times. Add water while stirring in the same direction until stiff.
