Spinach and bean curd rolls
Overview
In the past, tofu skin was basically eaten mixed with cold dishes. Later, I saw bean sprouts rolled in dipping sauce, so I decided to make it. You can also add some green onions if you like.

Prepare all ingredients

Blanch the tofu skin with water

Blanch the spinach and coriander too

Soak the blanched ingredients in cold water to drain them.

Put the spinach into the tofu skin and roll it up, as shown in the picture

This is rolled up

Then cut into 2 equal parts and tie tightly with coriander.

Prepare dipping sauce according to your preference. Mine is spicy soybean paste
