Boiled pork slices
Overview
This boiled pork slices is really delicious when added to the bone broth. This soup is a little spicy, but super delicious. Hee hee, does it taste good? Pork rib soup, Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts are added to it. The vegetables are naturally fresh, so of course it tastes good. However, mine is slightly spicy. If you like it spicier, just add more Sichuan peppercorns and red pepper. Ingredients: 400g pork tenderloin, 100g cabbage, 100g bean sprouts.
