Pastoral Pizza

Pastoral Pizza

Overview

I am a novice in making pizza. I have only made it twice in total. I feel there is still a lot to learn. There is a little guy at home who likes to eat it very much and is clamoring to eat it every day. The advantage of making pizza is that you can put whatever ingredients you like and mix it with whatever you want. When you want to make pizza, just leave the stir-fry ingredients when cooking. It is delicious if you make it randomly. Although it is not very authentic, but my family likes to eat it, it doesn’t matter.

Steps

  1. First cut the lean meat into the size of pork chops, stamp both sides of the pork chops with the back of a knife, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, white pepper, minced garlic, cornstarch, and oil evenly, and marinate for more than an hour (it is best to marinate overnight in the refrigerator).
