Pastoral Pizza
Overview
I am a novice in making pizza. I have only made it twice in total. I feel there is still a lot to learn. There is a little guy at home who likes to eat it very much and is clamoring to eat it every day. The advantage of making pizza is that you can put whatever ingredients you like and mix it with whatever you want. When you want to make pizza, just leave the stir-fry ingredients when cooking. It is delicious if you make it randomly. Although it is not very authentic, but my family likes to eat it, it doesn’t matter.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First cut the lean meat into the size of pork chops, stamp both sides of the pork chops with the back of a knife, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, white pepper, minced garlic, cornstarch, and oil evenly, and marinate for more than an hour (it is best to marinate overnight in the refrigerator).
-
Prepare milk, butter, flour, sugar (three or four tablespoons), yeast, salt (a little), and eggs.
-
Mix the ingredients in the second step, knead it into a moist dough, cover it with plastic wrap in a warm place and ferment until it doubles in size. (I didn’t put all the eggs in, I broke them up and left a little bit for brushing the edges of the pizza)
-
Prepare cheese
-
Cut sausage into small slices, slice fresh mushrooms, dice corn, and cut onions into thin strips and set aside
-
Fried corn kernels
-
Boil the onions and fresh mushrooms and season with a little salt (I forgot to take photos of the mushrooms).
-
Fry the marinated pork chop until golden brown on both sides
-
Let cool and cut into strips
-
After the dough is fermented, deflate and place into a baking pan to shape.
-
Use a fork to make small holes.
-
Spread with homemade Pi Sa sauce
-
Put mozzarella cheese
-
Then put the pork chop, mushrooms, onions, corn, and sausage in order, and sprinkle some egg wash on the side of the pizza.
-
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (the oven temperature depends on your own oven, generally between 170 and 190 degrees is appropriate).
-
Take it out and put the cheese on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Although it’s not authentic, it’s delicious!
