Steps
-
Get the ingredients ready. Black fungus can also be used for shiitake mushrooms, and other green vegetables can be used for celery leaves.
-
Beat the eggs thoroughly and pour them into the bottom of the pot without adding any oil. Fry into an omelette.
-
Then chop the fried eggs, chop the ham and celery and mushrooms separately. Add a little salt, sesame oil and chopped garlic to the eggs, celery and mushrooms to taste. Before mincing the mushrooms, boil them in boiling water for 2 minutes until cooked and then mince them.
-
Chop 100 grams of pork belly into minced meat, then add a spoonful of salt, a little ginger, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of starch, a little five-spice powder, and a spoonful of pepper water. I chopped the ginger and meat together.
-
Take a small amount of meat filling and put it in the center of the dumpling wrapper.
-
As shown in the picture, pull up 4 corners each.
-
Just pinch the middle part firmly and won't fall apart. If the dumpling skin is dry, you can brush it with some water.
-
Use your thumb and index finger to pinch the four corners into a lace shape.
-
The shaped dumplings are as shown in the picture.
-
Then stuff the chopped vegetables into the four corners.
-
Steam for 8 minutes.
