Honey red bean chiffon cake
Overview
Qifeng has been making a lot of cakes. In order to attract children, I always try to change things up a bit. Honey red beans are added to the soft Qifeng cake. Every bite is a surprise!

Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.

First make the egg yolk paste, add 30g of warm water and 10g of fine sugar in a basin, stir until completely melted

Then add 27g of corn oil and stir until evenly mixed

Add the egg yolks in portions, and stir evenly each time before continuing to add and stir

Sift into the low-gluten flour

Mix it into a thick paste, so that the egg yolk paste part is ready

Next, make the protein part, add 30g of fine sugar in batches, and beat with an electric egg beater

Beat until it is close to dry foam, so that the protein paste is ready

Add 1/3 of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter, mix well

Then add all the remaining protein paste and mix a few times

Add honey red beans inside

Mix thoroughly and evenly

Pour the prepared cake batter into a 6-inch removable bottom mold and smooth the surface

Put it in the preheated oven, 145 degrees, for about 20 minutes on the middle and lower racks. Then turn to the lower rack, 170 degrees, for 25 minutes!
