Overview
In order to ensure adequate vitamin intake, there are always a few quick green leafy vegetables on the home-cooked table. The method of blanching is simple and can ensure that the nutrients of green vegetables are not lost to the greatest extent. This method of blanching is also applicable to kale.

After the water in the pot boils, blanch the cabbage sum in a bowl and remove it. Set aside.

Cut the scallions into long sections and then into thin strips, and place them on top of the blanched cabbage

Pour in 15ML of thinly salted light soy sauce.
