Stuffed tofu

Stuffed tofu

Overview

The children at home were always nearby when we were taking pictures, and they were drooling when they saw her slandering her! After taking the photo, the meal was still not ready, so I quickly put one on a small plate for her. After a few minutes, she came to me with another plate and asked for it... Before and after the meal, the baby actually ate 5 of them. She loved it so much! Because there is a small amount of glutinous rice, I personally think it is very good as a snack for children or an afternoon snack.

  1. Prepare the ingredients (I bought the minced meat from the front legs and chopped it).

  2. Peel the carrots and chop into small pieces, and chop the raw onions into finely chopped green onions.

  3. Chop the carrots and green onions, add them to the minced meat, and add an appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a few drops of white wine and a small amount of cornstarch.

  4. Mix well and beat with disposable gloves for about 5 minutes (the beaten meat will be more solid and fragrant).

  5. Wash the fried tofu, squeeze out the water and cut it in half.

  6. Stuff the prepared meat filling into the fried tofu. Make sure the stuffing is full, otherwise it will collapse after steaming.

  7. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, place the fried tofu on a plate and steam for about 25 minutes.

  8. At the end, there is no need to adjust the dipping sauce, just pour an appropriate amount of kewpie salad sauce and roast the sesame flavor.
